This Wednesday, RFY Lab members and practicum students had the opportunity to attend a presentation by Stephen M. Gibson, a PhD Student from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Gibson presented his research on the exploration of parental racial socialization, and how it can moderate the effects of cultural racism on depression symptoms among Black adolescents.
